The AiM Performing Arts Committee (PAC) primarily oversees the organizations community theatre program which provides dozens of adult and child actors, vocalists, dancers and musicians opportunities for public performance.
The AiM Visual Arts Committee is composed of local artists and visual arts supporters who design and implement programs to support the work of painters, photographers, sculptors and those engaged in other visual art mediums.
The AiM Heritage and Culture Committee seeks to preserve and promote the cultural strengths of McNairy County.
The AiM Culinary Committee focuses on events which promote the preservation of local foodways and provides educational opportunities for acquiring skills or knowledge pertaining to cultural aspects of food preparation and sharing.
The AiM Music Committee provides opportunities for community members to participate in organized music programs as musicians, vocalists and audience members.
The AiM Literary Committee promotes appreciation of literature through community events designed to educate by encouraging reading and writing.
The AiM Fine Craft Committee supports the work of local artisans whose work displays a high level of artistic achievement or cultural significance.
