Bonnie Johnson and her spouse H C wanted a hobby that they could enjoy together.  They found a class that was taught by Chick Hale in his studio in Birmingham, AL in the spring of 1990.  Over the next five years Bonnie designed panels, windows, jewelry boxes, waste baskets, etc during her spare time.

Desiring to learn more techniques in the art of stained glass she took a course offered by Lyn Cox in Trussville, AL.  Lyn has created unique designs for the McWane Center  in Birmingham, AL, medical centers, and homes through out the South East.

With the new approach Bonnie began making lamps to include a large Tiffany and many other lamps of all shapes and sizes.

Bonnie and HC retired in 2004 and moved to Chewalla, TN where they have a studio and both enjoy their hobby together.  Their latest creation is butterfly and dragonfly yard art.
